Shipping Rates

We offer standard shipping for $5 for first item, $2 for each additional item.

 

*Free Pick Up @ Impulse             1 business day           Pick up by next business day (11 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. Tuesday - Friday, 11 a.m. - 5 p.m. Saturday)

*We currently ship within the United States ONLY.

*Local Pick Up @ Impulse Boutique: Orders placed can be picked up the following business day. Pick up times are Tuesday through Friday, 11 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. Feel free to email us at shopimpulse@att.net for questions regarding your order. The address for Impulse is 1148 North Wood Avenue, Florence, AL 35630.

*Standard Shipping is available to all 50 states within the US including PO Boxes.

 

Processing Times

For local pick up at Impulse Boutique (1148 North Wood Avenue, Florence, AL 35630): Once your order is successfully is successfully submitted, our Impulse Girls work hard to get your order ready for pick up as soon as possible. Orders are available for pick up the next business day during normal business hours. Pick up times are Tuesday through Friday, 11 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. Feel free to email us at shopimpulse@att.net for questions regarding your order.

For standard shipping: Once your order is successfully submitted, our Impulse Girls work hard to get your order packed and ready to ship to you within two business days. Then, our mail carriers pick it up and it should be in your hands in 3 to 5 additional business days!

 

We ship all orders as quickly as possible, but please note that there may be delays in processing shipments during sale events and peak shopping days. Also, please be advised that around any holiday (i.e. Christmas, Fourth of July) we may be closed for a period of time. This could potentially affect the shipping/delivery time of your expedited order. To inquire about special or holiday hours of operation and how this may affect your shipment, you can email us at shopimpulse@att.net. If you need your shipment by a specific date, you can also email us for help in choosing the right shipping method to get it there on time! We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.
