Return Policy

At Impulse Boutique, our goal is to serve our amazing Impulse customers as well as possible. If you're not completely satisfied with your order, we will do everything possible to try and make you happy!

Please look over your items as soon as they arrive. If you think that you've received a defective item, contact us within 3 business days of receipt of your order. If you were sent the wrong items or are missing items from your order, please contact us as soon as possible so we can get it corrected for you!

Here are our guidelines and procedures for returns:

  • Items can be returned for store credit only, issued via email. We cannot issue refunds.

  • All returns must be received within 30 days* of the date that we ship out your order.

  • Any items purchased at a discounted price is FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.

  • Returned items must remain un-washed, un-worn and all tags must still be attached.

  • Include your return form and original receipt. Please circle the item(s) on receipt that you are returning.

  • Shipping is non-refundable, unless we made a mistake.

  • Please allow our team 5-7 business days to process your return once it is received at our warehouse.

*Please allow 5-10 days for package transit. This will ensure that we receive your return within the 30 day window.

Exchanges

We have a limited number of each item on our site and, because of this, we can't guarantee an exchange. We will issue you a store credit sent via email as soon as possible. It the right size in the right style is available, you can use your gift card to purchase it then!

Return Policy

We know that ordering things online can sometimes be a bit tricky, and because of that we try our best to be very return-friendly. However, there are a few rules that must be followed so that we can help!

  • Any items you purchased must be returned within 30 days of shipping and all items are only eligible for store credit sent via email.

  • All returns must be unworn, unwashed and have all tags, including any Impulse hangtags attached.

  • Anything purchased at a discounted price is a FINAL SALE and is not eligible for return.

Hassle-Free Returns

We've worked hard to try and make the returns process as simple as we can to keep the stress level down! We want to be clear about everything so that you'll know exactly what to expect. 

We ask you to fill out the return form included with your order and slip it into the package with your original receipted the item you are returning. We will take it from there! Don't forget, your original shipping cost is non-refundable.

Once we receive your return at our warehouse, we will unpack it and put all of your information into the system as quickly as we can! Please allow 5 to 7 business days for your gift card to be issued via email. The email will be sent to the email address used to place the order.

Store Credit via Email Code

Here are a few things to remember about your store credit issued in the form of a gift code and sent via email. 

  • If you see something you want and it's a little more than your store credit is worth, an additional form of payment is required.

  • Store credit codes will expire two years from the date issued.

  • Your use of the store credit constitutes your agreement to our Terms & Conditions.

Changing or Cancelling Your Order
